To ensure the sustainability of my business and respect for both my time and other clients, a fee of 50% of the service will be applied to any appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the original appointment time. If you arrive 15 minutes late to an appointment we may need to reschedule for a later date. In the event of this, a fee of 50% of the service will be applied. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, a fee of 100% will be applied. Any applicable fees will be collected at the time of cancellation. This policy helps ensure that all clients have access to my services and that my time is used efficiently. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
